Your accountant works here at no extra cost. Invite them in one click and you both work in the same company, on the same figures. The subscription belongs to the company — it does not matter how many people work in it.
How usage works
Every plan covers a company's ordinary monthly work — yours and your accountant's together. Liber is enough for the occasional check; La Zi covers a small company's month; Fără Grijă gives you about twice as much as La Zi, and Control Total about four times.
An answer is one question Wizzy answers from your company's own data. A generated report or presentation is far more work, so it uses more of the month's allowance. Inside the app you can see what percentage of the month you have used, at any time — no tallying required.
Questions
- I have two companies. Do I need two subscriptions?
- Yes — each company gets its own BiWizz account, with its own plan and its own limit, because each company has its own books and its own ANAF mailbox. You see both from the same login and can analyse them together.
- Do I pay separately for my accountant? Does inviting them raise the price?
- No and no. The subscription belongs to the company, however many people work in it.
- Does my accountant use BiWizz inside my company?
- Yes — that is the point. Their work on your company is part of what you bought, and the limits are sized to include it. You both see the same company usage bar.
- What happens if I use up the month's allowance?
- Nothing you already have is locked: your data, your ANAF messages and your documents stay exactly where they are. The allowance renews at the start of the next month, and if you are hitting it often, move up a plan.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- The company moves to Liber. We delete nothing, we close nothing, and we do not ask for a card.
