What is new in BIWizz

Your SPV messages arrive in BIWizz on their own

Enforcement notices, tax decisions and notifications from the ANAF portal are brought into BIWizz by BIWizz Bridge, read with your own qualified certificate on the office machine. You see them all in one list, with the company and the date, and download the original document from there. ANAF deletes messages after about 60 days — the copy in BIWizz stays.

Mark what you have dealt with in your ANAF correspondence

ANAF has nowhere to receive confirmation that you read a message, so the record lives in BIWizz: mark each one resolved or not applicable, with a reason and the name of whoever closed it. Search inside the documents, filter and sort, and see at the top of the list how many messages are still waiting on somebody.

Wizzy reads the documents ANAF sends you

Ask what an enforcement notice actually says and the answer comes from the document itself, with the figures in it, not from the subject line. It can compare what ANAF is asking for against what you recorded in SAGA, so you can see where the difference comes from.

BIWizz Bridge — SAGA reaches BIWizz with no manual export

A small Windows app that sits on the machine where you keep your books, finds your SAGA C companies automatically and sends them to BIWizz whenever they change. No more hunting for CONT_BAZA.FDB and no more manual uploads — and when several accountants work on the same company, it tells you if two copies moved on in parallel.

Reports from Wizzy, emailed on a schedule

Tell Wizzy what you want to keep an eye on and how often, and the report arrives by email without you opening the app. Useful for the figures you check every month anyway.

Wizzy sees the whole portfolio, not one company

Ask a single question that applies to every company you look after and get the answer compared, company by company. For a practice, that means finding where the problem is without opening ten files.

Connect BIWizz to Claude or ChatGPT

BIWizz now connects directly to Claude and ChatGPT: you ask about your company data in plain language and get answers on the real numbers. Actions — issuing an invoice, a credit note, marking a payment — run only with your explicit confirmation.

SAGA data, queryable in natural language

If your company works with SAGA, the data imported into BIWizz can be asked just as easily — including through Claude/ChatGPT. The import syncs automatically on upload.

Wizzy generates PowerPoint presentations

Ask for a presentation on your company data — Wizzy builds it (.pptx) and shows it with a preview directly in the conversation.

Answers with a verifiable source

Every Wizzy answer shows where the information comes from: a document, the company database, SAGA or the web. You can verify at any time.

The company document base, integrated into Wizzy

Any uploaded document (contracts, statements, correspondence) joins the company knowledge base: it appears in the Documents section, is searchable, and Wizzy uses it for answers. Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are read in full, with automatic summaries.
