If the company has its SAGA books in BIWizz, the "Profit and loss" page shows revenue and costs from the accounting entries, so it includes payroll and depreciation. For each month you see whether it is closed, in progress at the accountant, or only an estimate, and closed months are checked against the close in SAGA. Click a figure to see the entries and invoices it is made of.
Bank fees, salaries, taxes and transfers between the accounts of the company have no invoice to be matched with. For those, Wizzy proposes what each line is and you confirm them one by one or, for the sure ones, all of a kind at once; anything that matches a rule you wrote is explained automatically. Where a document should exist and does not, such as the credit note for a refund, the line stays marked "Missing document".
A report or a presentation made by Wizzy lands in the "Artifacts" library when you press "Share". You choose who has access: colleagues working on the same company, anyone with the link, or a person invited by email, who confirms their address with a code and sees only that document. Presentations have a presenter view, with the next slide, notes and a timer.
If you are an accountant, the "My Clients" page shows the declarations ANAF registered but rejected at validation, with the company, the period and the error from the receipt. Listed separately are the declarations prepared in SAGA where the ANAF validator finds errors, so you can fix them before filing. BIWizz Bridge only reads the receipts from SPV, with your certificate; the filing is still yours to do.

If you are an accountant, under "Document generator" you pick a model (the tax clearance certificate request, the SPV power of attorney, the reply to an ANAF notice), tick the clients and fill in only what is not already known from each client file. You can also start from a Word document of your own: BIWizz proposes what changes from one client to the next, such as the name, the date or the amount, and you confirm each field before the document becomes a model.
The list of generated reports can now be searched and filtered, and you can download every file from a run at once, in the format you pick. Anything you no longer need can be deleted, files included, by either the owner or the accountant.
The payroll sheet PDF now carries the employer's identification and the signature block required under OMFP 2634/2015, in the same layout an accountant already knows from SAGA. Validated against real payroll data, from 2013 to today.
Two new reports check whether every bank statement movement has a matching entry in SAGA, and whether every invoice received through e-Factura made it into your records. Matching is done by rank, not by "some equal amount exists somewhere" — which is how a payment made twice but booked only once comes to the surface. A check needs SAGA connected and the statement uploaded; without a witness there is no verdict.
Every SAGA report (trial balances, journals, ledgers, account cards, payroll sheets) now runs straight from BIWizz, with search, per-column filters and CSV, Excel or JSON export. If you look after several companies, you start the run for the whole portfolio at once instead of opening each file in turn. The figures come from Bridge's most recent read — each company shows when that was.
Until now there was no way, from the interface, to remove a bank statement uploaded by mistake. Now it can be deleted, with a confirmation that says up front what will be undone, and if it was linked to a paid invoice, BIWizz marks that invoice unpaid again so no unbacked payment is left in your records.
The billing page and the in-app bar now show what percentage of your monthly plan you have used, instead of a message count that said nothing about how "heavy" each question was. The bar only appears from 70% up.
Enforcement notices, tax decisions and notifications from the ANAF portal are brought into BIWizz by BIWizz Bridge, read with your own qualified certificate on the office machine. You see them all in one list, with the company and the date, and download the original document from there. ANAF deletes messages after about 60 days — the copy in BIWizz stays.

Search inside the documents, filter and sort, and see at the top of the list how many messages are still waiting on somebody.
Ask what an enforcement notice actually says and the answer comes from the document itself, with the figures in it, not from the subject line. It can compare what ANAF is asking for against what you recorded in SAGA, so you can see where the difference comes from.
