What is left to ask
“Does it replace my accountant?”
No. Your accountant comes in for free and works on the same data. Interpretation, checking and decisions stay with them. We make sure you stop hearing things only when you talk.
“Do I have to install anything?”
No. You sign in from a browser, on a laptop or a phone. The only program that gets installed is Bridge, on the accountant's SAGA computer, and the accountant installs it.
“Why do I need a certificate to see ANAF's messages?”
Because ANAF requires it: the full SPV mailbox can only be read with a qualified certificate. e-Factura invoices come in without one. If you have no certificate, your accountant does: invite them and the messages appear for both of you.
“What happens to my data if I leave?”
It stays yours. You download it from the account, then ask us to delete it and we do, except for the documents the law obliges us to keep. The data lives in the European Union throughout.
“I have a small company. Isn't this too much for me?”
